Sierra has always had a passion for helping people and a knack for organization, which led to her start as an assistant at a Criminal Defense law firm in 2014. She spent 8 years managing a firm of lawyers in a position that required time management skills, attention to detail, and building client relationships.
She then transitioned into financial services and began working at Baird as a Client Assistant in September 2022, later joining The Montgomery Grunwald Group in August 2024, where she plays an integral role on n the team.
A native of the Burgettstown area, Sierra moved to Washington, PA in 2005, where she resides with her daughter, Ariana. They spend time cooking and baking, making art projects, and going to museums. In her free time Sierra loves to travel, go to concerts, and spend time with her family.
